Some areas in the Philippines have some illegal business which abuse the rights of Filipinos. Here’s one viral video of a woman collecting road fees to pass a road to go to beach.

In a road to a beach in Norzagaray, there is a woman who collects payment to pass through a road to a beach that costs 100-200 pesos aside of the woman there were also people who are standing by the road and collect payment for four times just to pass on it. The road is a Right of Way for Filipinos and it is not their property, but they are taking advantage to earn money. They are more than BIR and were like NLEX and SLEX.
