The complainant in this episode were lovers named Lilia Ramos and Rogelio Resulyo who complained about a motel named Kalyaan Norpel Motel Located in Cawit, Cavite. Their concern is that their phone were stolen while they were sleeping in one of the rooms of the Motel and the management gave them 500 pesos just to stop complaining about their lost phone. Mr. Raffy Tulfo laughed at their complaint since the issue is so sensitive. The Motel was ordered close since they have no permit upon running the business.
