Maria Ozawa comes to the Action Man Idol Raffy Tulfo to complain UBER driver for stalking and sharing her phone number.

According to the 32-year-old adult film star, she was disappointed for the driver’s unprofessional behavior for sharing her mobile phone number to other person causing her to be bothered from receiving text messages from someone else whom she don’t know.

Idol Raffy called the attention of LTFRB Chief Complainant Division Ryan Salvador to give some sort of clarification with regards to the limitations of an UBER driver with their proper code of conduct and professionalism as public driver.

According to Salvador the driver must strictly observed proper ethics with regards to dealing with customer and they are not allowed to share any information or contact number to anyone else.

Idol Raffy also called the attention of the UBER driver by phone for him to explain his side or at least clarify about the Japanese actress complains against him.

UBER driver identified as “Ben” admitted his mistakes but clarifies his side that he has no intention of harassing her or staking the actress. He clarified that he got Maria’s number from his phone book directory. His misconduct resulted to end his contract or he was banned from being UBER driver.
