A man reported to have a very long hair, a 50 year old Vietnamese named Tran Van, an herbalist in Vietnam. He was considered by many as the world’s longest hair even he never let his hair exactly measured and proclaimed by the Guinness Book of records. His hair was about 6.8 meters long and weighed estimated, 10.5 kilos. His wife, Nguyen Thi Hoa, stated that Tran didn’t cut his hair for 50 years. He did not cut his hair after he got very sick after cutting it when he was about 25 years old.

According to his wife Tran, only washed his hair a few times in half a century and it was 11 years ago since he washed his very long hair. But Tran Died at the age of 79 of natural cause at his home.

Nguyen Thi Hoa explains that his husband dedicated his life curing people for no cost after he stopped trimming his hair and became inspired by the Buddhist monks and live a life full of contentment. And he had some difficulties because of his hair like wearing a helmet but yet he was still happy and full of joy.
