The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases a total of 1,444 out of 3,360 passed the November 2017 Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery. Professional Regulatory Board of Midwifery administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga, held last November 4 & 5, 2017.

The members of the Board of Midwifery who gave the licensure examination was composed by Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro, Chairman; Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Dr. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez, Members.

The top performing schools in the November 2017 Midwife Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010:

The performance of schools in the November 2017 Midwife Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:

According to PRC, “The results of examination with respect to forty-five (45) examinees were withheld, per Board Memorandum dated October 30, 2017.”
