The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases a total of 2,807 out of 4,460 Registered Electrical Engineers and 2,643 out of 3,864 Registered Master Electricians who successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering.

Examinees answered the following questionnaires: mathematics, engineering sciences and allied subjects (Day 1) and electrical engineering professional subjects (Day 2). For RME exams, it covered technical subjects (i.e. basic electricity, test equipment and electrical measurements) and Philippine Electrical Code.

The performance of schools in the September 2017 Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) “To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows:

The passing general weighted average rating is seventy percent (70%) with no grade below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.

Official results on Thursday, September 7, 2017 or in 3 working days after the last day of examination.
