The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) release statement through social media that a 5.4-magnitude earthquake shook Lanao del Sur today, September 24, 2017. The tremor was registered at 4:47 a.m. and its epicenter was plotted 10 kilometers (km) northwest of Wa-o, Lanao del Sur.
