A tricycle driver identified as Alvin Santos is the man on the camera beaten up by Nueva Ecija Brgy. Chairman Edward Guanzon. The footage shows that Brgy. Captain Guanzon gets down from his vehicle and come to attack the tricycle driver.

According to Brgy. Captain Guanzon, the tricycle driver cross his way and when he get down to approach Santos to ask what’s going on, he noticed that Santos pulled out tube bar the reason he did not delay to hit Santos.

Idol Raffy Tulfo told Guanzon that he used his power against the simple tricycle driver and abuses him. Raffy Tulfo then committed to help file a case against the Brgy. Chairman Guanzon.

The worse thing was that, when they come to settle together, the father of Santos went with him but due to the evil word of Brgy. Captain Guanzon against the father of Santos, he was stroke a few minutes after arrived on their home.
