Breaking News: The Philippine Natioanal Police (PNP) release statement of vehicles are known to be carrying IED (Improvised Explosive Device) and are possibly going to exit on RoRo and Port Terminals. PNCPOIC, 904th MARPSTA-ZN said that the text message is from NISG-EM on June 1, 2017.
Here are the suspected vehicles:
