Breaking News! President Rodrigo Duterte may expand martial law,uspend writ of habeas corpus to include Visayas. According to the President, it is just a walking distance, because it has many islands and the Maute Group can escape and begin another terrorist activity.

Duterte: I have ordered the military, esp the Navy to embargo the island, esp the sea that separates Mindanao from Visayas.

“Remember this not intended for the law abiding citizen. We are the list of your worry, but If you confront government are my orders are one (1) to enforce the law, and anyone caught possessing a gun and confronting us with violent, my order is “SHOOT TO KIL”. I will not hesitate to do it, May human rights is different, it is an institutional theory which we will preserve and observe,” said President Duterte.
