LIST OF PASSER for March 26, 2017 Teachers Board Exam (L.E.T) Results ‘ELEMENTARY LEVEL’

PRC announces the complete list of passers for March 2017 Teacher Board Exam (L.E.T) in 30-40 workings days after the last day of examination. According to Source, the official release date is on May 19, 2017 or in 37 working days after the last day of examination. “PRC Resolution No. 2016-1019 set the target release date of March 2017 LET result on Friday, May 19, 2017 or in 37 working days after the exam,” says report.

PRC calculated total working days which a target date excludes 7 Saturdays/Sundays and 3 holidays namely Maundy Thursday (April 13), Good Friday (April 14) and Labor Day (May 1).

The first licensure examination for teachers this 2016 covered two (2) parts for Elementary – General Education (40%) and Professional Education (60%) and three (3) parts for Secondary – General Education (20%), Professional Education (40%) and Specialization (40%).

PRC administered the March 2017 LET Exam in the cities of NCR (Manila), Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) City, Cebu City, Davao City, Laoag City, Legazpi City, Albay, Lucena City, Quezon, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, Rosales, Pangasinan, Tuguegarao, Masbate City, Antique, Bacolod, Iloilo, Catarman, Jolo, Sulu, Tacloban, Tawi-tawi, Zamboanga, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon.

Last March 2016, PRC release a 12,128 elementary teachers out of 42,739 examinees (28.38%) and 18,810 secondary teachers out of 53,090 examinees (35.43%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last March 20, 2016 in twenty testing centers all over the Philippines. It is announce that of the 12,128 elementary teacher passers, 3,906 are first timers and 8,222 are repeaters. For the secondary teachers, 10,747 passers are first timers and 8,063 are repeaters.

March 10, 2013 LET – released in 27 working days – Total Examinees: 75,550

September 29, 2013 LET – released in 40 working days – Total Examinees: 128,083

January 26, 2014 LET – released in 32 working days – Total Examinees: 80,735

August 17, 2014 LET – released in 51 working days – Total Examinees: 148,589

March 29, 2015 LET- released in 38 working days – Total Examinees: 100,740

September 27, 2015 LET – released in 48 working days – Total Examinees: 149, 905

In order to pass March 2017 LET, an examinee must obtain an average rating of not less than 75% and must have no rating lower than 50% in any of the tests, PRC said.

According to PRC, “the dates and venues for the oath taking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.”
