Tropical Depression ‘Bising’ to Bring Rain & Thunderstorm in Luzon and Visayas Region

Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announce a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) has intensified into a tropical depression. PAGASA reported that the tropical depression (locally named Bising) still spotted at 735 kilometers east.

As of 3:20 p.m., Light to moderate rains affecting Quezon and expected a light moderate rain over Zambales, Bataan, Batangas, Laguna and Rizal. According to PAGASA, All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds and possible flashfloods & landslides.

PAGASA also stated that the Sea travel is risky over the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon and the eastern seaboard of Visayas.

Thunderstorm affecting portions of Surigao del Norte including Dinagat Islands and Siargao Islands, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Compostela Valley, Sultan Kudarat, Cotabato, South Cotabato, Sarangani, Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur, Davao City, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Lanao del Norte, Zamboanga del Norte, Camiguin and Bukidnon.
