Typhoon Lawin Raised to Signal No. 4; Isabela Towns Forcing Evacuation

Wednesday morning, Isabela Governor Faustino G. Dy III has already declared the forced evacuation of families in the ten towns in the said province. It has been declared also that Typhoon “Lawin” was raised by PAGASA as a tropical cyclone warning signal no. 4. It’s pathway will be in Isabela and Southern Cagayan.

The forced evacuation that Dy ordered was in the said list: Dinapigue, Palanan, Divilacan, and interior towns of Maconacon, Cabagan, Tumauini, Sto. Tomas, Sta. Maria and Ilagan. Ten are all coastal areas. It has also been declared that classes in all levels have been suspended till October 20. Including all government offices except for emergency services.

Typhoon Lawin updates goes this way; 220 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gusts of up to 305 kph. Emergency hotlines and helps are all ever ready to the storm.

Again, tropical cyclone warning signal no. 4 to it’s pathway will be in Isabela and Southern Cagayan.
