The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release a total 633 out of 1,370 passed the Forester Licensure Examination. Professional Regulatory Board of Foresters administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Legaspi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. The members of the Board for Foresters was composed by Monina T. Uriarte, Chairman; Jose A. Lorenzo and Gerardo T. Cabreros, Members.

Examinees answer the following subjects: Forest Ecosystem (20%), Forest Governance and Social Forestry (25%), Forest Utilization Engineering (20%), Forest Production and Management (35%), held last September 13 & 14, 2016.

The successful examinees who garnered the ten (10) highest places in the September 2016 Forester Licensure Examination are the following:

According to PRC, from September 22-23, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
