Japan Prime Minister admires Duterte

The Prime Minister of Japan also added, the Philippine President is famous in Japan and he was very excited to see in person. “You are very popular here in Japan, Mr. President,” Prime Minister Shinzo Abe told Duterte.

Philippine presidential peace adviser Jesus Jess Dureza in his Facebook post shared Duterte and Abe also met at the sidelines of ASEAN summit. According to Dureza, Abe’s remarks that Duterte was popular in Japan elicited laughs from those present in the meeting area.
