Amidst the criticism happened just recently because of his rape remark, Mayor Rodrifo Duterte has his explanation over the statements. However, it has also been a way for his rival Vice President Jejomar Binay to take this controversy against the Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte. He described the mayor as, ‘being indecisive and insincere.’

To continue his tirades to the mayor, he even remarked again about the Pope controversy. How Mayor Duterte’s non-apology mean in a way of insincere in his asking for forgiveness.
