Campaigner JV Hinlo announce online that the Presidential Candidate Rodrigo Duterte is returning to Bacolod City this coming April 18, 2016 to meet his supporters he was unable to join at the Barangay Tangub Gym last February. JV Hinlo is the campaign manager of Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte of National Executive Coordinating Committee in Region 18.

According to Hinlo, he had to resign from PDP Laban to show his sympathy and solidarity with about 5,000 Duterte leaders from all over Negros Occidental and Oriental who waited inside and outside at Tangub gym last February.

Duterte stated that he is returning to meet with the group who waited for him at the Tangub Gym. The Presidential Candidate will meet with them at 2 p.m. on April 18 and may stage a rally in Bacolod later in the afternoon.

Hinlo wroted on his official Facebook page; “We welcome all the Negrense Duterte leaders, volunteers and supporters to the Brgy. Tangub gym, Bacolod City, on April 18…Let it be known that Mayor Duterte is coming back to Negros to sympathize with those who waited for him during his last visit.”*CPG
