Full Replay! The Second round of presidential debate dubbed as ‘Pilipinas Debates 2016’ held on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at the University of the Philippines (UP) in Cebu City. According to Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairperson Andres Bautista, “This Debate will have a longer running time. It was extended from two hours to three hours, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

According to Source, Only four of the five presidential candidates have confirmed their attendance. Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago bailed out of the debate for health reasons.

There were four presidential candidates will attend the event, Vice President Jejomar Binay of United Nationalist Alliance (UNA), DILG secretary Manuel Roxas II of Liberal Party (LP); Independent candidate Senator Grace Poe; and Davao Mayor Rodrigo Duterte of PDP-Laban. They will discuss  platforms and their views on disaster preparedness, climate change, health care, women’s rights, education and fighting corruption.

According to source, this would allow candidates to have more time to expound on their platforms and engage the other candidates.
