Brian Llamanzares finalled speaked up about the controvorsy of him wearing a Limited Edition Nike Air Mag “Back to the Future” shoes he bought online. He stated that it does not cost a hundred of thousands as what people said.

He stated, “The shoes did not cost as much as the rumors claim it to be. I bought it online at P10,000 from my own savings. It did not come from government funds as I am a private citizen and not working as a public official,”

He also said that it was from his own hard work and labot. Adding, “I used my own hard earned money. I hope that these rumors and lies are finally put to rest.”

The 23 year old son of the Senator also apologized, disclosing, “I apologize if anyone was offended by my shoes, it was never my intention to upset anyone. I just wanted to buy something for myself after saving up for months, I don’t know much about shoes and I’m not exactly a sneaker expert so when I saw these online at P10,000 and I liked the design, I saved up and bought the shoes.”
