Top Trending Topic online! It is confirmed that all presidential candidates will attend the debate at Capitol University in Cagayan de Oro this coming Sunday, February 21, 2016. The first round of the debates initiated by Commission on Elections, attended by presidential candidates Grace Poe, Rodrigo Duterte, Jejomar Binay, Miriam Defensor Santiago and Mar Roxas.

The first debate will have a modified two-moderator format. Each presidential candidate will have a minute to deliver an opening statement. As in arguments, reports and commentary live as the presidential aspirants tackle questions on poverty, peace and order, charter change and agricultural development.

On Sunday, it is the first of three presidential debates. The second will be on March 20 in Cebu City and the final debate is on April 24, 2016 held in Pangasinan.

Davao Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has threatened to walk out if he would be cut-off by the debate’s moderator.
