The 45-year-old Carlo Lopez Katigbak was the Chief Operating Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation (alternative name is ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.) since March 1, 2015. Mr. Katigbak served as the Head of Access, President of Skycable and Chief Executive Officer of Skycable of ABS-CBN Corporation (Alternative name is ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp.) until March 1, 2015 and served as its Managing Director SkyCable.

He served as Managing Director at ABS-CBN Interactive Inc. a subsidiary of Abs-cbn Broadcasting Corp. He served as a Vice President of Administration and Operations (concurrent) of Creative Programs, Inc.

ABS-CBN announce that Mrs. Charo Santos-Concio will retire on December 31, 2015 and will continue to serve the company as Chief Content Officer, President of ABS-CBN University, and Executive Adviser to the Chairman. While, Eugenio Lopez III remains the Chairman of the Board of ABS-CBN.
