The known daughter of Fernando Poe, now the Presidential aspirant namely Grace Poe in the Malacanang had suffered much anothe battle as in the seatback after the Commission on Election’s (Comelec) First division disqualified her from the 2016 elections.

The first division had finally cancelled Grace Poe Certificate of candidacy with the votes of 2-1 just this morning, friday, Decembre 11. Which is virtually the same as disqualifying her. Commissioners Christian Robert Lim, Ma. Rowena Amelia Guanzon and Luie Tito Guia are the division members.

Now, there is still three more disqualification cases Poe need to battle. Before that, the Comelec filed a seperate case by the De La Salle University professor Antonio Contreras, former senator Francisco “Kit” Tatad, and University of the East Law dean Amado Valdez.

Meanwhile the earlier division which is now in the uphill legal battle with the questionable of her citizenship and residency has come to have options with the ruling.

Comelec Chairman Bautista stated, “Kasi mabibilang mo na eh. Alam mo na ang decision ng Second Division, malalaman mo na ang decision ng First Division. O, di malamaman mo na kung ano ang en banc mainly,”
