They may not have gained and earned the first spot in the recent UAAP Cheer dance Competition but surely the UP Pep Squad still gave the best and will be the best. Owning now the International Stage winning not only one but three medals at the Cheerleading World Championships.

They represent the Philippines in the International cheer dance in the dance competition happened at the Berlin on November 21-22. They won a silver medal and a two bronze ones.

It has been reported that this November 23 they wn the silver award for all the all-female cheer category, while they won the bronze medals for the cheerleading doubles and small mixed groups categories.

University of the Philippines professor Eloi Hernandez shared in a Facebook post. “Wooohooo SILVER MEDAL for UP Pep Squad All Female Team Cheer! Japan got the gold of course,”
