Mayor Rodrigo Duterte now an ever fighter of his presidential bid. Mayor Duterte is ever ready to fight and more determined to take up all the challenges in his bid to the highest place is needed.

Duterte was pointing to the two primary obstacles that might cause or might happened to his impending Malacanang run earlier raised by election lawyer Romulo Macalintal.

Duterte may face some some technical issues over the seen error in the certificate of candidacy (COC) filed by Martin Diño. Stating, that the PDP-Laban presidential bet he was planning to replace before the substitution period ends next month. And it has been stated that indicating in his COC is to run for Mayor not for a President.

However, Mayor Duterte gave his ever confident reply in regards with this. He said, “Yes, but I have no problem with that, I don’t mind. It’s up to the Comelec to decide on it.”

Adding, “If they think they can disqualify me, go ahead. But I will have to… maybe file an MR (motion for reconsideration) and then go to the Supreme Court,”
