However, even higher people, even Sen. Bongbong Marcos has no answer. While he is with presidential candidate Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago for now, Marcos is not discounting the capability and possibilities of teaming up with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte in the end as both of them are still engaged in the middle of negotiations.

First of all, we still have to know some kind of finality what the Mayor’s plans are because sometimes he says he’s running, sometimes he says he isn’t. So I will be talking to him again and ask him what his plans are.” He said in one of his interviews.

Marcos admitted that he and Santiago has lots of things to do to clarify and finalize the tandem.

According to Him, “We have, as you know, been trying to form a loose coalition with Senator Miriam, so yes we’re in flocks, We are discussing. If somebody supports me, why will I turn that down? Of course not. I will always welcome anyone’s support.”
