The first and the only eight-division world boxing champion, Philippine Congressman Manny Pacquiao is rumored to purchase the full ownership for NBA’s Golden State Warriors. As the news says, there are many website publications that Pacquiao is the new owner of Golden State Warriors. However, the local media, especially the ‘ESPN is yet to clarify the said report.

According to the local website www.manilalink .com, they said that “The Warriors”  has made announcement in a press conference held in Oakland, Californiaabout concerning the rumored purchase. Similar report also published at sportzetc.com  that Sarangani Congressman is now the new owner of the Golden State Warriors.

Pacquiao is still hoping the Warriors to win the 2015 NBA Finals. In an interview he said, “For the simple reason that Golden State joined the tournament is to entertain the people especially Filipinos living in America. I want the Warriors to win the series and crown them as NBA champions,” statement quoted by Eddie Alinea in a PhilBoxing report.
