If you see this kind of phenomenon just don’t panic it will not going to give us a real threat just make sure that you have something to cover with your eyes so that the dust will not go through but if you see something in a open space area just leave that area for safety purposes because it has a tendency that it will grow larger.

According to the WIKIPEDIA and other source of Science articles a dust devil is a strong well-formed and relatively long-lived whirlwind ranging from small to large. The primary vertical motion is upward. Dust devils are usually harmless because as you see in the video the people are just enjoying watching the dust devil as it swirl around the area but on a very rare occasions grow large enough and it is really dangerous when it grows bigger it will serve as a threat to the people who are near it or in the area.

It is similar to the tornadoes that both are a weather phenomenon of a vertically oriented rotating column of wind. Most tornadoes are associated with a larger parent circulation.
