It is remembered last November 2014, Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada finally announced the four day holiday because of the expected Papal visit. He noted that it is their responsibility to ensure the safety of the Pope and already alerted the local authorities to heighten up the security procedure during the Pope visit specifically the places where he will conduct a mass in Manila Cathedral, Quirino Grandstand and in UST (University of Santo Tomas).

According to the PNP they are already practicing their drills towards the upcoming event and ensure that they will do their best to secure the highest ranking cleric on the Roman Catholic denomination and in Vatican.

Meanwhile as the only one Catholic country in ASIA all of the Filipino’s are looking forwards toward the visit of the Pope and hopefully he can inspire more souls to go back on the hands and care of GOD.
