Box Office love team, Xian Lim and Kim Chiu dubbed as “KimXi” becomes the talk of the social media after the 25-year-old Filipino-Chinese actor revealed reasons on Sunday, November 23, 2014 why he can’t go out with Kim Chiu for a date.

In an exclusive interview with the celebrity talk show “The Buzz,” the actor admitted to the host Boy Abunda how he likes so much with the actress Kim Chiu that he even remembered the first day they met.

“I really like Kim,” blurted the actor. But sometimes asking for the actress to go out for a date is quite something difficult.

He further explained “Alam naman ni Kim na I really like her. Ang hirap kasi si Kim,ang hirap siyang imbitahin. Kunyari gusto kong manood ng pelikula, maraming kasama, so maraming ililibre. So nahihirapan ako,” he said.

However, the actor admitted that he is now comfortable working with the actress after they have proven their chemistry during their box office hit movie “Bride for Rent.”

Despite that they have proven themselves on their several successful projects on TV and big screen, the actor admitted that he remains to be in awe and still always excited if he will be teamed up with Kim Chiu.

“Katulad nga nung sinabi ni Kim na natatanggap ko na ‘yung constructive criticisms sa akin. Parang it takes two of us to make a scene work, and trust din siyempre na hindi naman namin papabayaan ang isa’t isa,” he said.

KimXi will be seen once again on the big screen for the third time with their latest movie “Past Tense” which will debut in theater on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
