Daniel Kenjie Matsunaga is a Brazilian-Japanese model and actor. He first appeared in the Philippines in September 2009 as Cosmopolitan Men supplement of the same year.

The 25-year-old Matsunaga work in the country as an actor of GMA-7 Network as his first TV drama project. He also became a contract star of the rival network TV5 in June 2012. He has also made appearances in ABS-CBN shows and several movies of Kapamilya Network.

Daniel loves to play football. He is a member of the Kaya F.C. playing as a midfielder in Division 1 of the United Football League. He first played for Division 2 Team Socceroo in 2011, and later moved to Division 1 “Pachanga Diliman” during the 2012 UFL Cup, before he became a part of the Stallion for the 2013 season.

Lately this year, Matsunaga entered Pinoy Big Brother All In edition as celebrity housemate to replace the celebrity houseguest Alex Gonzaga.
