David Beckham Helps Typhoon Yolanda Victims in Tacloban -Actual Photos

Football Games- Legendary football player and former LA Galaxy midfielder, David Beckham arrived at Tacloban City Airport via private plane, Thursday, February 13, 2014 to visit survivors of super typhoon Yolanda in the country.

David Beckham 1According to the report, the soccer player David Beckham, 38-year-old arrived in the country at Cebu Mactan International Airport from Hong Kong at around 11:00 a.m. via Cathay Pacific flight CX931, and from there in Cebu; an hour later they immediately proceed to Tacloban City together with seven other passengers from UNICEF boarded in Dornier 222-200 aircraft flight UNO-117H leaving from Cebu at 12:00 noon and landed at Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport in Tacloban City at 12:30 p.m.

David Beckham has visited the country for the second time since the exhibition game of LA Galaxy versus the Philippine Azkals last December 3.

David Beckham is a member of UNICEF as ambassador since 2005. As member of the UNICEF, the primary purpose for his second visit in the country is to oversee the relief and recovery efforts of the UN agency addressing the children’s need of Tacloban City. He will also spend his Valentines Day with the Filipino survivors in the city.

David Beckham and Spice Girl wife Victoria has initiated the fund raising program to help typhoon survivors in the country and personally donated a total of 20-boxes of clothes through the British Red Cross.
