The film “When the Love is Gone” is a 2013 version of the 1983 Filipino movie “Nagalit ang Buwan sa Haba ng Gabi” which is starred by now veteran actors and actresses; Eddie Garcia, Dindo Fernando, Gloria Diaz, and Laurice Guillen.
The original version in 1983 was written and directed by Danny Zialcita and the 2013 version is directed by Andoy Ranay and produced by Viva Films.
The remake “When the Love is Gone” is cast by Gabby Conception (playing the role as Emman), Alice Dixson (playing the role as Audrey), Andi Eigenmann (playing the role as Jenny), Jake Cuenca (as Yuri) and Cristine Reyes (as Cassandra).
“When the Love is Gone” is a story of Emman and Audrey who have at first considered as almost perfect couple. The business woman Audrey whose time is pre-occupied in business fails to give her husband quality time that eventually lead to seek his husband’s need for intimacy and affection until the time Audrey’s husband meets a young woman “Cassie” (Cassandra) that latter indulged into extramarital affair which is the root of all trouble in both of their love ones.
Audrey the wife of Emman tolerates her husband to have affair with Cassie that causes Jenny to be deeply affected of the problem.
Cassie has just separated from marriage with Yuri, an aspiring politician with a black underground movement.
Things become more complicated and it was too late when Audrey was trying to recover the relationship with Emman.
