Heart Evangelista, the “Queen of Creative Collaborations,” revealed her humourous side once more.
Heart shared pictures of herself dressed in the modern “Filipiniana” tonight, Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

“My kind of Filipiniana by my darling @cheetahriverastudioPH,” she captioned.

“Santiago,” according to designer Cheetah Rivera, is the name of his design. They named it after the late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, a close friend of Heart’s.

In her post, she stated, “Meet ‘Santiago,’ A bespoked modern-day terno paired with a floral appliqué micro-mini dress adorned with embroidered “mariposa” of varying shades and sizes by our local artisans.

“This piece is a tribute and a celebration of the strength of a Filipina. Aptly named after the late Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago.

“Mabuhay ang Terno! Mabuhay ang lahing Filipino! “

Thousands of people responded to Heart’s post, with the majority of them praising the beauty and skill with which she wore the dress.

“Mareng Heart ano lang nanaman laman ng bag mong expensive? [crying emoji]” a netizen inquired.

Heart noticed this and responded, jokingly, “peace of mind and confidence po”  Many of Heart’s fans liked his response.
