Christian Floralde, the viral hit-and-run victim, has eventually accepted the SUV driver’s apologies but plans to file a complaint.
Despite enduring discomfort and trauma, security guard Christian Joseph Floralde acknowledged the apologies of the SUV driver who drove him over during a hit-and-run incident in Mandaluyong City.
According to Floralde, the suspect Jose Antonio San Vicente has apologized to his family and relatives. He will, however, keep on pushing charges against the suspect.
Originally, the guard assumed he would die after being hit by an SUV. He wanted to punish the suspect for the consequences of his actions. He also wants to be treated equally.
The victim also shared his description of what happened. He expected the car to stop over to look him out, but instead the suspect ran him over. His body went into shock, and blood spilled out of his mouth.
Sanvicente will be charged with frustrated murder and leaving a victim. The Land Transportation Office has also suspended his driver’s license.
