The former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) participant known as “Badjao Girl” has replied to rumors that she is expecting a child.

Rita, popularly known as Badjao Girl, rose to fame after a picture of her captured by Topher Quinto Burgo at the Pahiyas Festival in Lucban, Quezon, circulating on social media.

Then she became one of the lucky teen housemates of Pinoy Big Brother Season 7 on the Television program.

Rita was just 13 years old at the time. Her family, which included her five other siblings, relocated from Zamboanga to Lucena City, Quezon, in the hopes of a brighter future.

Rita’s father used to work as a trash collector, while her mother is a housewife.

She just headed to TikTok, a video-sharing app, and recorded a video of herself with her suspected partner.

TikTok is a video-making software that allows users to make 3 to 15 second music, lip-sync, dance, and talent videos, as well as 3 to 60 second looping videos. It has a global user base of over 1 billion people.

In the video, Rita Gaviola and her claimed lover can be seen lip-syncing to Arch’s Lakas Tama.

The video has already had over 69k views since it was posted. It elicited a range of responses from online users.

Netizens’ claims that she might be pregnant were one of the remarks that caught her attention.

Badjao Girl quietly replied to the netizens’ remarks rather than becoming offended.
