Liza Soberano, a Kapamilya actress, wrote a simple but lovely message to her boyfriend, Enrique Gil, who is celebrating his 30th birthday. Liza uploaded images of them at El Nido, Palawan, on her Instagram account. “Paradise is anywhere with you. Happy birthday, my love, ” Liza captioned the photo.

She added, “My boy in his element. Happy 30th champ. I love you with all my heart,”

Liza recently had Nadine Lustre on her mental health podcast, “An Open Mind,” as a guest.

Nadine discussed her choice to relocate to Siargao.

“I needed a change in environment,” Nadine explained.

Nadine also revealed that she is usually depressed, especially during the pandemic’s peak.

“I couldn’t understand why I was always sad,” she said.

“Everything felt automatic, and it didn’t have heart,” she added.

She also spoke about how music has aided her psychological state.
