After sharing one of the reasons why he hurried his wedding to Carmina Villarroel, Zoren Legaspi became emotional.

On Carmina’s most recent vlog episode, she asked Zoren which of their wedding moments was her favorite.

“I guess your walking sa aisle, nakita ko ‘yung… naiyak ako,” Zoren cried.

Zoren then disclosed that Carmina’s father Reggie became ill, prompting him to have to conduct the wedding in a hurry and under duress.

“Alam naman nila na surprise kasi ‘yun and isang triggering point kasi nun kaya siya naging surprise at mabilisan nagkasakit kasi si Daddy Reggie bibigyan ng replacement,” Zoren explained.

Carmina was unable to attend their family’s appointment with the doctor, so Zoren acted as her representative.

 “Pag ginawa ‘yun 50/50 si Daddy Reggie dahil sa age niya.” they were informed at the meeting.

“Then it hit me kung magpapakasal kami ni Mina na hindi ma-wiwitness ni Daddy Reggie, useless kasi wala na mama mo, tapos ‘pag naglakad ka dun wala pa Daddy Reggie mo so for me useless siya kaya isa ‘yun sa mga biggest triggering factor kung bakit ko minadali ‘yung kasal na yun,” Zoren said.

Zoren stated that having Carmina’s father witness their wedding is essential to him.

“‘Pag pinanuod nila ‘yun marami silang makikitang emotions na ipinakita mo sa paglalakad mo na ‘yun napakadami,” he remarked. “Kaya isa ‘yun sa mga pinaka paborito ko. Isa sa paborito ko dahil andun si Daddy.”

Carmina and Zoren married on November 15, 2012, the same day as the proposal. Cassy and Mavy, their twins, were born to them.
