Angelica Panganiban expressed sentiment on social media against the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) over the issue of regulating the media industry.

The MTRCB issued statement about the plan of regulating content of video streaming like of the Netflix.

On the Twitter post of the actress, she recalled the shutdown of the ABS-CBN and she pointed the plan of the government to have full control over the streaming services.

Angelica expressed sentiment on her Twitter post saying…

“Grabe na din. Pati streaming gusto na pakelaman,” the actress said.

“Papatayin niyo na talaga ang industriya. Inuna niyo ang free tv. Bukas pag gising natin, north korea na to,” she added.

In her second message posted on Twitter, the actress was striking again in the form of question saying why is the government is afraid of the media and entertainment industry, because they will see the real situation of human life?

“Bakit ba takot na takot kayo sa media at entertainment? Una press freedom… ngayon pati kalayaan namin gumawa at mag kwento, totoo man o pagpapanggap, gusto niyong kontrolin,” she said.

“Tinatamaan ba kayo? Kasi masyadong malapit sa totoong buhay ang napapanood niyo?” Angelica continued.
