Former Senator Jinggoy Estrada arrested by police authorities due to violation of enhance community quarantine law.

Estrada is spotted distributing foods packs in San Juan and strongly urged he is using protective mask and PPE will distribution of relief goods.

The former Senator believes this actions has something to do with politics, wherein recently he started a market on wheels but it was blocked by current San Juan Mayor Zamora due to lack of proper license to operate.

Estrada defended this is not for profit but for humanitarian purposes.
