Mocha Uson shares the “ADMIN BANAT BY” post on her Facebook page, calling Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto as Pabebe. This issue was started when Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto ordered the mobilization of tricycles in the city during the first day of the Metro Manila community quarantine to help send health workers to hospitals. Mayor Vico Sotto has an appealed for Pasig City tricycle drivers who were stopped by authorities on Wednesday afternoon.

In the Facebook Post by ADMIN BANAT BY, “Eto yung sinasabi ko eh. Kaya ng ibang lugar bakit eto si Mayor Sotto pabebe? Bukas paguusapan natin ito. Papaliwanag ko kung bakit sablay ang pabebe ni Sotto. Pero ang appeal ko sa DILG bakit parang kayo pa ang nakikiusap sa Mayor? Apply the LAW and be strict parang walang PANDEMIC ah.”

According to USEC. Jonathan Malaya (DILG Spokesperson), now, if other LGU’s in Metro Manila can shuttle their health care workers, why can’t creative in dealing with this problem just like the other Metro Manila mayors.

Mayor Vico Sotto’s accomplishments during COVID-19 outbreak, Pasig bus service, disinfection tents, full salary to be given to employees, 400,000 food packs, anti-panic buying & hoarding ordinance, and mobile kitchen for front liners.

DOH recorded (March 19, 2020) a total of 202 cases have been reported nationwide with COVID-19, 17 dead and 7 having recovered the disease according to the Department of Health.
