Primary suspect of kidnapping captured CCTV on November 11, 2019 downtown area Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

It was said that the baby was abducted on November 11, 2019 near downtown area Bacolod city. The girl in a black shirt was not yet identified.

According to Police Major Jovil Sedel, Station 1 chief, 24 years old mother of the lost baby scheduled a check–up at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Regional Hospital before the incident. The suspect introduced herself as one of their relatives to the mother and begun persuading her to get a hair treatment for free.

They went to SM Bacolod City as the mother agreed for free a hair treatment. At the salon while the mother was on the process of hair treatment and the baby was left to carried by the suspect, the latter told the mother that she will buy food outside. However the suspect failed to return together with the baby.

If anyone out there who is familiar with the suspect please go to the nearest police station to report the whereabouts. By spreading the news will help the parent of this 17days old baby to capture the primary suspect.
