#WalangPasok: No Classes on Saturday, July 28, 2018 due to Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) in selected areas only. Some Local Government Units (LGUs) announces class cancellation in their respective areas due from floods triggered by heavy monsoon rain.

“By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, and upon recommendation of the City Disaster and Risk Reduction Council, I, Mayor Belen T. Fernandez hereby declare the suspension of classes in ALL LEVELS in Dagupan City on July 28, 2018, due to the lingering floods in the main thoroughfares of the City.”
