PAGASA release statement:
-Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 400 km diameter of the Tropical Storm.
-“Odette” is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between tonight and tomorrow early morning.
-Sea travel remains risky over the seaboards of Northern Luzon due to the passage of “Odette”.
