The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release 3,517 out of 5,098 who successfully passed the September 2017 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination and 31 out of 105 passed the Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Examination given by the Board of Mechanical Engineering.

Professional Regulatory Board of Mechanical Engineering administered the licensure examination in cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao and Lucena, held last September 28 & 29, 2017. The Board of Mechanical Engineering is composed of Engr. Jesus M. Redelosa (inhibited), Chairman; Engr. Fernando S. Guevara and Engr. Mirardo C. Malazarte, Jr., Members.

Examinees answer the following questionnaires: Industrial and Power Plant Engineering (35%’), Mathematics and Engineering Economics and Basic Engineering Services (35%), Machine Design, Materials and Shop Practice (30%), respectively for Mechanic Engineer Board Exam.

According to PRC, the official results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.

The official results are posted online in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.
