Matteo Guidicille is a fans’ choice to portray the role in the renowned remake movie of Mars Ravelo’s Captain Barbell.

In an online poll conducted by the country’s leading celebrity blogs Starmometer and Showbiznest, surfaced the names of the favorite stars to portray the role of Mars Ravelo’s Captain Barbell.

The young actors Matteo Guidicille topped the online poll as the most favorite actor to play the role. The suggestion says, “Why not Matteo Guidicille? His growing fan base and machismo count as the factors to qualify him of the role.

Fans were getting excited to see the Italian-Filipino hunk actor Matteo Guidicille in the role as Captain Barbell. Lately, we saw Matteo Guidicille at the Cosmo Bash 2013 and Belo 2014 Calendar which is a good basis for him fit in the role as super hero.

Some of the favorite stars appeared in the list includes Luis Manzano, Piolo Pascual, Jericho Rosales and Sam Milby, ranking second in the poll and another worthy contender is JC de Vera. Not far behind among fan choices are Coco Martin and Paulo Avelino.

To mention the names in the long list of possible superheroes include Enrique Gil, Enchong Dee, Xian Lim, JM de Guzman, Rayver Cruz, Ejay Falcon, Joseph Marco and Jake Cuenca.
