The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) release the full results of May 2017 Real Estate Broker Board exam within few working days after the last day of examination. Aside from the list of passers, PRC also release the Top 10 Passers (TopNotchers), Top Performing & Top Performance of Schools available here once posted online.

Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service administered the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian and Tuguerarao, held last May 28, 2017.

Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman: Florencio C. Diño II and Rafael M. Fajardo, Members, composed the Board of Real Estate Service.

The results were released on May 30, 2017 or two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Examinees answer the following subjects: General/Fundamentals 25%, Special and Technical Knowledge 25%, Professional Practice 50%.

Last May 2016, PRC releases 21 out of 39 who successfully passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service.
