Manila, Philippines – a video from a road incident involving a tricycle driver, Netizen Geremiah Ruther Barros Ngan together with his drive is now trending on social media after it was shared on Facebook.
The incident captured on dash cam happened on Tuesday, August16, 2016 in Sto. Tomas Batangas. In a short video clip, the tricycle driver allegedly cut and destroy the side mirror of Ngan’s vehicle a few minutes after he drove past to Ngan’s vehicle confronting them.
But instead of settling the issue, the suspected driver began to hit the windshield and destroy the wiper of Ngan’s vehicle. Despite the danger Ngan and his driver remained calmed and did not go down their vehicle to confront the suspect.
In the end,the suspected driver was seen leaving the incident.
Netizens are quick to react to the video that Ngan uploaded and become viral pushing him to file charges against the suspected tricycle driver who is said to be under the influence of illegal drugs.

Only last month, multimedia journalist James Deakin urges a proposal to make dash cams mandatory to all vehicles in the Philippines. According to him, every vehicle to have a dash cams will solve the traffic problem in the country within 100 days.
