In connection to the controversial issue between Binay’s Family and the security guards of Right Eight Security Inc. who were on duty at their post at the gate of Banyan and McKinley Roads of which incident was caught by the CCTV cameras of North Forbes Park and  Dasmariñas Village in Makati.

Vice President Jejomar Binay told “24 Oras” on December 19 and expressed his sentiments towards the incident involving his son Mayor Jun Jun Binay, according to him the report is biased and did not tell the whole truth of the incident, he said.

“Medyo konting kortesiya naman doon sa mayor,” Vice-President Binay said.

Vice President Binay believed that there is no clear evidence on the video footage of what really was happening, “From what I have gathered, distorted naman ata ito sa totoong nangyari”  Binay said.

According to the 15-minutes closed-circuit television (CCTV ) footage, as we can see in the video [watch below], Mayor Jun Jun Binay get out from his vehicle and talk to the guards.

According to the report, Mayor Jun Jun Binay spoke to the village guards saying “Hindi mo ba ako kilala?” which statement becomes viral in social media.

Vice President Binay claimed that there was no concrete evidence on the allegation to his son Jun Jun Binay as video itself did not say something what was actually happening during their conversation.

Binay said that the report was distorted and the controversial issue is being fabricated by his politician friends whose intention is to destroy him and his family good reputation, Binay said.

He added that if this issue has no personal intentions of destroying his family’s good reputation, it should not be regarded like this way since the issue was already settled.

“Tsaka wala na, nagkapaliwanagan na. Maliwanag na yung paliwanagan ng bawat isa,” explained Vice-President Binay.
