The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces a total of 483 out of 1,044 passed the Physician Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine. The members of the Board of Medicine who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Miguel L. Noche Jr., Chairman; Dr. Edgardo T. Fernando, Dr. Eleanor B. Almoro, Dr. Eleanor J. Galvez, Dr. Ma. Graciela Garayblas-Gonzaga and Dr. Clarita C. Maaño, Members.

Professional Regulatory Board of Medicine conducted the licensure examination in the cities of Manila, Baguio and Cebu, held last March 6, 7, 13 & 14, 2016.

The successful examinees in the March 2016 Physician Licensure Examination who garnered the ten (10) highest places are the following:

Examinees answer the following subjects; Biochemistry, Anatomy and Histology, Microbiology, Physiology, [Legal Medicine, Ethics and Medical Jurisprudence], Pathology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics Surgery and Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology and Rhinology Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology Pediatrics and Nutrition Preventive Medicine and Public Health.
