Justin used to spend his days working on an oil field with his stepdad. Around the same time, he formed a band and was playing gigs, constantly juggling work and music. One day, his boss gave him an ultimatum: work or music. He quit his job without hesitation to pursue music. Justin has been supporting himself through paid gigs, but it hasn’t been easy since there aren’t many opportunities in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He hopes The Voice will elevate his career to the next level.
